What is Dual Sensing Bay-O-Net Fuse Link?
The dual sensing Bay-O-Net fuse link is used in Oil Transformer Power Systems. Bay-O-Net fuse assemblies to protect distribution apparatus from damaging currents and to protect distribution systems from failed apparatus. Dual sensing links sense not only secondary faults, excessive load currents and transformer faults, but also transformer fluid temperature. They will limit long-term transformer heating caused by overloads and high temperature environments.
Anhuang Electric Power Bay-o-net fuses provide protection for single-phase and three-phase transformers. The assembly combines the simplicity of hot rod operation and the safety of dead band structure, and is used together with isolation link to prevent line personnel from approaching fault when replacing blown bay-o-network link. Magnex interrupter is an overcurrent protection device, which can protect the distribution transformer from destructive overload and secondary fault, and can also be used to switch the transformer "on" or "off".
The Bay-o-net Assembly is suitable for current sensing fuse wire, dual sensing fuse wire, dual element fuse wire, and ELSP current-limiting backup fuse, etc.
It is suitable for high-voltage power system with alternating current of 50HZ, standard voltage of 15.5kv, current rating of 140A. It must be combining with Magn X Interrupter of ELSP Current-limiting Backup Fuse to protect transformer from overload and short circuit.
